HALTHY CARBONARA PASTA Ingredients 4 Eggs 1 1\2 cups Pecorino Regiano cheese (or parmesan) 3/4 cup Linguini (or spaghetti) About 3 cups Shredded carrots 1 can French cut string beans 1/2 cup Cooking water 8 Slices of cooked bacon Directions 1. Cook the pasta according to package directions, adding the water from the can of string beans to the regular water (there's vitamins and flavor in there) 2. Beat the eggs in a big bowl, add the cheese and mix to combine. 3. Two minutes before the pasta is cooked add the shredded carrots, one minutes later add the can string beans. 4. Reserve 1/2 cup of cooking water. Drain the pasta. 5. Get the bacon crispy a minute if you want then bring the pasta back in the pot. 6. If you can ask for help here because that's the important part. Have someone dump the pasta in the egg mixture
