Thanksgiving poutine

Yep, that's what happened yesterday.  You can move French Canadiens to the U.S. but you can't get Canada out of them.  My sister in law created this masterpiece.  Thanksgiving poutine 2                                                                 Sweet potatoes, cut into fries 1 bag                                                          Cajun cheese curds (that she found at Aldi's)  1 envelope                                                 Poutine sauce (from Québec) Turkey for meat eaters. Directions  She cooked the sweet potatoes in her air fryer.  I don't have one so I would bake them.  She's going to make me going to Aldi's for the cheese, it was very good.  The poutine sauce can be substitute with a turkey or brown gravy. Here's the one for the vegetarian  I hope you had a Happy and Healthy Thanksgiving!   Happy and healthy shopping or friendsgiving or Christmas decorating today!
