I had expired cottage cheese so I used it in my smoothie this morning and it's a keeper.
Fruity smoothie with cottage cheese and maple syrup
Ingredients
1/4 cup Oatmeal
3/4 cup Frozen mixed fruits
4 oz. Cottage cheese
1 or 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
About 1 cup Milk of choice ( I used soy)
Blend away and enjoy!
