Ginger and orange granola

  GINGER AND ORANGE GRANOLA  Ingredients  1/2 cup                                                             Pecans (roughly chopped) 1/2 cup                                                            Lightly salted sunflower seeds  1/4 cup                                                            Peanut butter  1/4 cup                                                             Maple syrup 1/4 cup                                                            Orange peel candies, diced 1/4 cup                                                            Ginger candies, diced 1 tablespoon                                                 Chia seeds 3 tablespoon                                                 Water Directions  Preheat the oven to 350°F. (175°C.) Easy spicy orange marmelade

  EASY SPICY ORANGE MARMELADE  My husband was afraid to try it because of the peels, he finally did and he loved it.  So it is officially Scott approved.  Ingredients  3                                                                            Oranges, quatered then thinly sliced 1 cup                                                                    Maple syrup 1 cup                                                                    Water 1 tablespoon                                                       Freshly grated ginger 3/4 teaspoon                                                       Turmeric  1/2 teaspoon.                                                      Red pepper flakes  A pinch of salt and a bay leaf.  Directions  Put everything in a sauce pan, bring to a boil then turn down the heat to simmer for an hour.   Preheat canning jars and flat lids (2 or 3 depending of the size) in the oven at 250° F. Maple orange peel candies

  MAPLE ORANGE PEEL CANDIES Ingredients Peel of 3 oranges cut into small strips (you can remove most of the white but you don't have to) 1 1/4 cups                                                         Maple syrup (divided)  1/2 cup                                                             Water Directions  Put 1 cup of maple syrup, the peels and the water in a small sauce pan, bring to a boil, reduce to simmer and let cook for 45 minutes. Poor 1/4 cup of maple syrup in a plate and transfert the peels in it, using a slotted spoon.  Mix to cover every strips.  I transfer the strips to 2 racks on a cooking sheet, using tongs. I put them in the oven with no heat but the light on and the door open, for about 36 hours or until completely dry. Poor any left over syrup in the warm simple syrup, then transfert to a jar and use for crêpes, pancake or my maple and orange granola. Breakfast Pumpkin Tiramisu

BREAKFAST PUMPKIN TIRAMISU  Ingredients  4 to 6                                                                Slices of bread 1 cup                                                                Boiling water 1 tablespoon                                                   Instant coffee  1 teaspoon                                                      Sugar 1/4 cup                                                             Peanut butter  1 cup                                                                Pumpkin (divided) 3 tablespoons                                                 Maple syrup (divided) 2 teaspoons                                                     Pumpkin pie spice 1/2 cup                                                             Plain Greek yogurt 2 teaspoons                                                     Cinnamon ( + more for the top) Directions  Spread 2 or 3 slices of bread in a 8 × 8 dish, you might have to cut some to fit a layer.   Boil 1 cup of water
