Peach sauce

 


PEACH SAUCE

Ingredients 

3 cups                            Disappointing diced peaches

1/2 cup                          Sugar

1/3 cup                          Orange juice 

1 teaspoon each of     Cinnamon and vanilla

 1/2 teaspoon               Ginger

1/4 teaspoon                 Turmeric 

A pinch of                     Salt and black pepper

Directions

Gently boil while stirring for about 6 minutes.


I like it with yogurt.
