I hate wasting food, it's in my DNA. On a zoom family meeting we were making fun of ourselves and saying that when we throw away a jar only if it's really empty. My uncle Jean-Luc was telling us that when he was growing up, his mom ( my grandma) was instructing him to srape the shell of eggs. I waste food, I don't scrape egg shells! OMG. Anyway today I have mashed potatoes that I don't want to go bad so I'm making vegan patties out of it. I'm adding proteins by using nutritional yeast and chia seeds.
